A story of the 20th century, told through the various lives of one woman. She is a baby who barely survives and suffocates in the cradle - or perhaps not? She lives to become an adult and dies loved. Or dies betrayed. Or perhaps not?
We dispatch items as soon as possible. If they are in stock, we typically dispatch books within two days. If we have to order them from our suppliers, it can take a little longer. We dispatch pre-orders on the date the book is published. We use Royal Mail second-class in the UK, and send books via standard international delivery to the EU and the rest of the world. In the UK delivery should take 3-4 days, in the rest of the world it could be a week or two.
