When a newborn baby dies after a routine hospital procedure, there is no doubt about who will be held responsible: the nurse who had been banned from looking after him by his father. We dispatch items as soon as possible. If they are in stock, we typically dispatch books within two days. If we have to order them from our suppliers, it can take a little longer. We dispatch pre-orders on the date the book is published. We use Royal Mail second-class in the UK, and send books via standard international delivery to the EU and the rest of the world. In the UK delivery should take 3-4 days, in the rest of the world it could be a week or two.
