All these people and they'd just left her like that. I held her hand until the ambulance came. Finbar and Molly live next door to each other. We dispatch pre-orders on the date the book is published. We use Royal Mail second-class in the UK, and send books via standard international delivery to the EU and the rest of the world. In the UK delivery should take 3-4 days, in the rest of the world it could be a week or two.
