'Meditations for Mortals' takes us on a liberating journey towards a more meaningful life - one that begins not with fantasies of the ideal existence, but with the reality in which we actually find ourselves. Designed as a four-week 'retreat of the mind', it offers daily wisdom, solace and inspiration to aid a saner, freer, and more enchantment-filled way of living.
We dispatch items as soon as possible. If they are in stock, we typically dispatch books within two days. If we have to order them from our suppliers, it can take a little longer. We dispatch pre-orders on the date the book is published. We use Royal Mail second-class in the UK, and send books via standard international delivery to the EU and the rest of the world. In the UK delivery should take 3-4 days, in the rest of the world it could be a week or two.
